Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Industrial Export Company (Sadirat) reported a significant decline in its second-quarter (Q2) net loss to SAR 427,742 during 2026.

The results represented a 91.62% decrease compared to the SAR 5.10 million net loss recorded in Q2-25, according to a bourse filing.

Saudi Sadirat reported zero operational revenue for Q2-26, a result of the total suspension of industrial activities since Q4-24 as management shifted focus toward investment portfolios.

The reduction in losses was driven by unrealized gains from the fair value revaluation of investments, financial portfolio restructuring, and the divestment of underperforming assets.

These factors, alongside tightened general and administrative expenses, offset the introduction of a new Zakat provision for the 2026 fiscal year.

For the first half (H1) of 2026, the net loss narrowed by 68.95% to SAR 1.89 million.

Total accumulated losses reached SAR 96.84 million as of 30 June 2026, accounting for 49.81% of the company's capital.

The independent auditor’s report included an emphasis of matter regarding these losses and the lack of operating income, noting a material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt on the group's ability to continue as a going concern.

Moreover, total shareholders' equity stood at SAR 98.13 million at the end of the six-month 2026 period.
